Rather than use a tray, using a metal pegboard is more simple. I used one for my standing desk, I hid all the cables in front of it, strapped the power outlet etc using small cable ties to the pegboard. 😅
Awesome video! Fyi, surge protectors have a lifespan of about 5 years. Might consider replacing yours if its pretty old.
