At only 6.4oz, it proves to be lightweight AND functional. It is strong in all the right places with very very good ease of use. It has preset stoppers that will set the height without having to set it every time you open it. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but there is nothing else like this on the market. The typical aluminum ones are 16.4oz so a full 10oz heavier. Great for when you want to travel light.

I own two of these from the 2015 kickstarter and after 10 years they’re still going strong. The GF uses hers every day. I use mine every couple of weeks or so when I travel. And to think they sell one of these for $89 now, and I got two for that price!
